So I bought all the books. Now, I am really regretting it. This is the story of the author. About his first crush, first love, first kiss, first sex and first pill n so on. And seriously its really cheap way to talk of such things, its really very degrading and humiliating. After reading 70 pages, I just hate the story and so the author.
I think guys will like this book because basically the book I loved the name of the books by this author. Each of them is interesting and funny and mind blowing. So I bought all the books. Now, I am really regretting it. This is the story of the author.

No one can say 'those time were different'. If he was my parent's age, I would have understood. But its really a cheap thing to write a book about. How many girls he had sex with and how he broke their heart and got away with it.
If he come in front of me, I would really KILL him. I was so happy that Sheeny said that she wont call him anymore.
And then he got to know her value and he was missing her and that just served him right. I would strongly suggest everyone to not to read this book. Its just as disgusting as it is cheap!!!! It's quite bewildering for me to believe that stuff like this gets published and people even start idolizing smutty writers like you. It's shameful for me to even write a review on your book but I can't help it.

Well, as I live in the middle class India which is Durjoy's milieu, I know now never to engage a young man as a tutor for my daughter.
Heck, I knew it anyway. No one forced me to read this book. It was lent to me and I finished it because I started it. It was tedious from start to finish. There may be people who are willing to pay out money to read the (s)exploits of Durjoy. I'd rather write my own stories. I have actually.
My advice to Durjoy is get a life. Live that life. When you have some good stories to tell, write them. You may yet win the Nobel Prize for literature. I remember i said earlier that i am going to take a break from the author and read something else. But when i finally saw this book in the library i could not resist.

For one, i cannot read two serious books at stretch. So these ' pop-corn ' books give me a break form the serious 'stuff' and i get to enjoy life. Secondly, all the famous serious writers i know are going to be good. I can pick up any book by them and i know that i will not regret reading it. On the contrary, the new writers on board are the once not yet discovered. So i feel they should also get a fair chance. After a series of not so good books i thought should explain why i keep going back to them!!
This is the 7th book i have read by dujoy datta. I m not a crazy fan, trust me!! The book is about the love conquests and heartbreaks of durjoy datta.
For once you might wonder why somebody would be interested in reading about the author's love life. Well, he's cute!! And a young achiever!!
So when i started the book i was bored to death. Story is supposedly written by neeti rustagi, his friend. Durjoy datta starts from his school crush,goes on to college affairs, to his office and his school of management. The explains himself at every point that he is not a bad person. He is just thoroughly confused about the choices n life!
He goes out to find true love every time but it eventually ends up being a fling. And when he finds true love he is a fool enough to let it slip out of his hands. But he is just lucky to get her back and gets his happily ever after. For the girls who are interested, i would like to tell you that durjoy datta constantly denies that the book is entirely about his life. In his own words, neeti ruatagi is a good story teller so what she writes should not be believed!! Durjoy datta turns out to be a regular character that you would see in your college canteen.
It is kept very real in he has not been portrayed as a god in human body. That is what i like about the character. The book is very boring in the beginning.
He is a nerd who could hardly grab any girl's attention. The story gets interesting when the new girl called Manika enters his life and he changes for good. The writer ends the book on a very hopeful note that somewhere somebody is made for you. To find him you need to keep bumping into wrong people!! The book is a train journey read.
When you finish it you will have a smile on your face. This book again is not a literary wonder by durjoy datta.
But yet again it does have few good hilarious and emotional moments like every book by the author. I would give this book 2 and half - 3 stars. If you are saturated from reading a heavy duty book then this one is the right book you should be reading.

Durjoy Dutta, Being a Bengali, and reading many Bengali authors, expectations from him was fairly high and guess what, he failed badly, as most of “trying-to-start-a-new-wave” authors does. Also it was a joint effort and better result was expected when two heads were working on the same.
At one time it was like why I am reading what you did, how you screwed yours and someone’s life, but I somehow did manage to finish it. The protagonist in the book was very much exaggerated, how fat he used to be & how slim is he now, how badly he used to stammer & how fluent is he now, easy-going was he with girls and giving him a playboy image was quite stereotype. Who cares all these, and keeping those to he lowest possible level would have been nice. Neeti Rustagi, “Aw, so sweet.” Do you even know that repeating this sentence at least ten times has rooted incurable form of diabetes in me, I hate so much sweetness!
Rest nothing new, same goes for you as it went for Durjoy. Although you managed to treat the book well adding a conversation part at the end of each chapter, that’s nice. Also the raw language and the tickling part cold have been reduced a bit, where they were not required.
Not a huge success, although I would love to read the other book(if given free of cost) which the writer has managed to advertise in this one. I read this book for two reasons - first was to read at least one book by Durjoy Dutta (and the last it surely will be) and the second was to just pass my time wishing to steer my direction towards a light read. But it went beyond just a light read. It was BORING as hell. There was just crap in the entire book. The same old story of making and breaking relationships between modern day guy and girl. And how come a single person have so many relationships.

Okay I might be looking at this thing a way too harshly but still this isn't an excuse to enjoy the boring details of the author falling in and out of love so regularly. I almost left the book half read but that is not what I like doing. I sighed with relief on finishing this book and sure as hell will not waste my precious money and time on Durjoy's waste books.

Well.you can walk to the book store at the airport and out of all the books available, you pick this book, hoping for a witty, light novel. This is hands down the worst book i have ever read. And let me tell you, i have read 'One night at call centre'. There are books that you proudly want to display in your book shelve.
