This frame is worthless. The web site listed in the instruction manual is bogus. I called the toll free phone number and was told that it can only run off of a memory stick. Why pay all this money for something than can only be used with a memory stick? I asked the rep why the box stated 'built in memory'. She did not know.

I asked the rep why the menu on the frame says 'upgrade' - she did not know. She stated that they have been getting all sorts of these questions and no one there knew the answers.

I purchased mine from Walmart. I am taking it back. I am filing a complaint with Walmart about the misleading packaging. I suggest anyone else who has one of these do the same. Tell us some more.

You can only upload a photo or a video. Video should be smaller than 600mb/5 minutes. Photo should be smaller than 5mb.
