I did the update last night. ExFAT does not work, it's still FAT32.
Timed the update, took just over 20 minutes. One issue after the update was the screen image was washed out and Update in Progress, Please wait was burnt into the screen. After about 20 minutes off, the colors were back to normal. Your could still faintly see the wording in the gray of the Nav map.
I'm, sure (hoping) it will be totally back to normal this morning. One thing I did notice between this update and the April 17 update was the Chrysler logo after the reboot was missing, Dodge logo only through out the process. Dodge has Ford beat for sure.

Bluetooth phone call audio too low (requires volume levels above 30 to be audible). Song information on radio screen doesn’t match the song playing. Navigation GPS says not available. Surround sound state not shown correctly. Responding to the Favorites notification does not go to that song.

When making an SOS call the display shows the vehicle phone has no service during a good signal strength (U.S. Market Only).
